Everything You Need to Clean Up & Stay Engaged
One side panel replaces hours of tapping: protected mass unfollow, auto like on any feed or hashtag, auto comment with your own words, activity analytics and a clean CSV export.
Protected Mass Unfollow
Remove the accounts that don't follow you back, one by one, at a human pace. Mutuals stay, your Safe List is never touched, fresh follows get a 7-day grace period, and Manual Confirm lets you approve each removal.
Like videos on your For You feed, your Following feed or any hashtag you choose. Each video is watched for a few seconds first, and sponsored videos are skipped.
Write your comments once; each video of a hashtag gets one of them at random. The same text never goes out twice in a row, no video ever gets a second comment, and you can like at the same time.
Add any username to a protected list that no session will ever remove. On PRO, protect everyone you follow right now in one click — ideal before a first big cleanup.
Smart Filters
Skip accounts by minimum or maximum followers and following, skip accounts with no videos, skip verified accounts — so the cleanup touches exactly the accounts you mean.
A live chart shows everything the extension did for you — unfollows, likes and comments, per day — over 7 days, 1 month or 3 months, plus all-time totals. Unfollow history exports to CSV.
Human Pace, Built In
A random 5–15 seconds between each unfollow, a break every 10, rounds of 18–25 with long gaps between them, and watch time before every like or comment — never a robotic burst of clicks.
Daily Limits & Auto-Day Mode
Independent daily ceilings for unfollows, likes and comments, and Auto-Day Mode that spreads your budget into several natural sessions across the day.
Live Session Dashboard
Watch every action in real time: a full log with skip reasons, live progress, a visible countdown whenever it waits, and pause/resume that survives a page reload.

Step 01
Install from the Chrome Web Store
Add the extension with one click. It lives in Chrome's side panel, right next to the tiktok.com tab you are already logged into — if no tab is open, it opens one for you.
Step 02
Pick a Mode and Set Your Limit
Unfollow: switch on Skip Mutual Followers and the 7-day grace period, add anyone untouchable to the Safe List. Likes or Comments: choose a feed or a hashtag. Then set a daily ceiling you are comfortable with.
Step 03
Press Start and Let It Pace Itself
The extension unfollows, likes or comments at a human pace while the live log shows every action and every skip. Pause anytime — it resumes exactly where it left off.
Automation That Puts Account Safety First
Bursts of actions are what get accounts restricted — "you're tapping too fast" is TikTok telling you exactly that. Unfollow for TikTok was designed the opposite way: conservative defaults, transparent limits, and behavior that mimics how a person actually uses the app.
The automation runs inside your own browser session — no password form, no API key, no separate account. Your videos, messages and follower lists are never read or uploaded; only your TikTok user ID and daily action counts sync to our server to enforce plan limits. 🛡️ Safe List protection🤝 Mutuals never touched⏸ Auto back-off on refusals📊 Activity analytics⬇ CSV export
Randomized human-like delaysEvery unfollow waits a random 5–15 seconds, every 10 earn a 2–5 minute break, and rounds of 18–25 are separated by half an hour or more. Likes and comments come only after watching the video.
Hard daily limits you controlUnfollows, likes and comments each have an independent daily ceiling the extension will never exceed — plus an hourly pace limit on unfollows that no slider can override.
Safe List & mutuals protectionAdd anyone to a protected list that is never unfollowed — or protect your whole current following in one click on PRO. Accounts that follow you back and fresh follows (7 days) are skipped too.
Backs off the moment TikTok says noThe first refusal pauses that mode for two hours with a visible countdown and nothing is retried. A second refusal in the same week pauses for 24 hours and halves that day's limits — the opposite of what makes restrictions last longer.
No password, no sign-up, actively maintainedWorks inside your existing session, and when TikTok changes how its pages work under the hood, fixes ship fast — the changelog is the public record.

Everything people ask before installing the unfollow extension.
Is Unfollow for TikTok free?
Yes. The free plan gives you 7 unfollows, 7 likes and 7 comments every day with every protection active — the quota renews daily and no credit card is required. The PRO subscription (€9.99/month) raises the ceilings to 150 unfollows, 200 likes and 50 comments per day with adjustable sliders, adds one-click protection of your whole following list, and gets priority support.
Is it safe to mass unfollow on TikTok with an extension?
Unfollowing is a normal action; what gets accounts restricted is speed and bursts. The extension works at a human pace — a random 5–15 seconds between each unfollow, a break every 10, rounds of 18–25 with long gaps in between, and a daily limit you set — and it backs off automatically the moment TikTok refuses an action. Automation always carries some risk on any platform, so start with a conservative limit and raise it gradually.
Do I need to give you my TikTok password?
No. There is no password form anywhere in the extension. It runs inside your own browser, in the tiktok.com tab you are already logged into. Your videos, messages and follower lists are never read or uploaded — only your TikTok user ID and daily action counts sync to our server, to enforce plan limits.
Can I unfollow only the people who don't follow me back?
Yes. Turn on Skip Mutual Followers and only accounts that do not follow you back are removed — the check happens live for every account, not from an old list. Add anyone to the protected Safe List to keep them no matter what, leave the 7-day grace period on so fresh follows get time to follow back, or use Manual Confirm to approve each removal yourself.
How do auto like and auto comment work?
Auto like works on your For You feed, your Following feed or any hashtag you choose: each video is watched for a few seconds first, the way a person does, then liked, and sponsored videos are skipped. Auto comment opens the videos of a hashtag and posts one of the comments you wrote yourself — never the same text twice in a row, never a second comment on the same video, with an optional like at the same time.
Which browsers does it support?
Unfollow for TikTok is a Manifest V3 extension for Google Chrome on desktop and installs from the Chrome Web Store. It also works on other Chromium-based browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Brave and Opera. There is no mobile version — it runs next to tiktok.com in a desktop browser.
